Our Return Policy

You may return or exchange most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note:

  • All returns must be in original condition with tags attached
  • We cannot accept returns on final sale items or swimwear that has been worn or washed
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Beach Tip: For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on bikini bottoms or men’s swim trunks unless the hygienic liner is intact and completely undisturbed.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Request Authorization: Email our Montreal team at [email protected] with your order number and return request within 15 days of delivery
  2. Pack Securely: Include all original packaging and tags
  3. Ship Back: Send your return to:

Return Shipping Options

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. For your convenience:

  • Canada/US Customers: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
  • International Customers: Contact us for recommended carriers

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be credited
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Prefer a different size or style? Simply:

  2. Include a note specifying your desired exchange
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we process your return

For faster service, you may place a new order online and return the original item separately.

To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:
