Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping:
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Flat rate: $12.95
Free Shipping:
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
- Available for orders over $50
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your swimwear as much as we love designing it. If your purchase isn’t quite the perfect fit, our hassle-free returns policy has you covered.
Our Return Policy
You may return or exchange most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order.
Important Notes:
- All returns must be in original condition with tags attached
- We cannot accept returns on final sale items
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For hygienic reasons: We cannot accept returns on bikini bottoms or men’s swim trunks unless the hygienic liner is intact and completely undisturbed
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:
- Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Personalized or custom-made pieces
- Gift cards
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

- Pack Securely: Include all original packaging and tags

Return Shipping Options
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. For your convenience:
- Canada/US Customers: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- International Customers: Contact us for recommended carriers
Exchange Requests
Prefer a different size or style? Simply:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Include a note specifying your desired exchange
- We’ll ship your new item once we process your return
For faster service, you may place a new order online and return the original item separately.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be credited
- You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
